Hi, I am Clare, and I am the founder of The Intuitive Nutrition Clinic, located in Mangawhai, New Zealand. As a Clinical Nutritionist, Hypnotherapist, and Qualified Chef, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness through a holistic approach. My passion for the ocean has taken me around the world as a chef for over a decade. However, my personal health journey led me back to New Zealand to study nutrition and hypnotherapy.
