Energy Flow Distance Healing is designed to gently support the release of stagnant or imbalanced energy that may be contributing to feelings of stress, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, or a sense of feeling “stuck.” Within many energy healing traditions, life’s experiences, relationships, emotions, and stress are believed to leave energetic imprints that can affect the natural flow of our energy.

Each session begins with an intuitive energy clearing, gently working to clear stagnant energy, energetic attachments, cords, and energetic patterns that may no longer be serving you. Once the clearing is complete, the session naturally flows into Reiki energy healing, using Reiki alongside vibrational instruments to support the natural flow of your energy and encourage greater balance, harmony, and wellbeing.

How Your Session Works

Your Energy Flow Distance Healing experience lasts approximately 60 minutes and includes:

Online Wellness Form

A few days before your appointment, you’ll receive a short online Energy Flow form to complete. This allows me to understand your current wellbeing, your intentions for the session, and areas you would like support with.

30-Minute Energy Flow Session

At your scheduled appointment time, simply relax in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.

Working intuitively, I begin by gently clearing stagnant or imbalanced energy, energetic attachments, cords, and energetic patterns that may no longer be serving you. Once the energy clearing is complete, I move into Reiki energy healing, to support the natural flow of your energy and encourage greater balance and harmony.

There is nothing you need to do during the session other than relax, remain open to receiving, and allow yourself this dedicated time for rest and renewal.

20-Minute Integration Phone Call

Immediately following your Energy Flow session, we’ll connect by phone to discuss your experience, share any insights or observations from the healing, and explore ways to continue supporting your wellbeing moving forward.
