Your session begins with a relaxing therapeutic back massage to help ease physical tension and encourage relaxation. You will then be guided into a restorative energy and sound healing experience, combining the gentle practice of Reiki with the vibrational tones of sound healing instruments.

Session duration: Approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, including 30 minutes of therapeutic back massage and 30 minutes of Reiki and sound resonance healing, with additional time for your comfort and transition.
